We had a rewarding experience in shopping today @ Durham's Auto Mart. We were assisting our grandson with his 1st car purchase of his life. Our salesman was Jason Chambers. Jason has been a car salesman for many years and Jason's attention to detail and willingness to help us locate & purchase a great car, is what brought me to Durham's Auto Mart. I have known Jason for a long time, and he possesses the integrity that meets/exceeds my expectations, when I am in the market for a used automobile. Jason is a people person, and he excels in communicating the purchase process from the initial call to the final paper was signed. Jason walked us through the purchase process from beginning to end, and the results was some "Very Satisfied Customers." Our last 2 vehicles we have purchased have been with Jason as our salesman. My husband’s family and my family have been doing business with Durham auto Mart for years! They will always have a special place in my heart because I bought my first car from them a 2000 Honda Accord coupe which lasted 1000 times longer than it ever should! I Had to go up there today for a question and some help, and the owner Nicky was out the door before I even got to the parking at the front of the building coming to greet me! Then Chip was the one who helped me fix my problem and was extremely patient and more than happy to help! The dad owned this location before and he definitely raised the next generation honest and genuinely good people! I would much rather go to a family owned car lot over a corporate car lot any day! Thank you guys for your help I really don’t think you understand how much that did for my husband and I!

Chip helped us out and was knowledgeable about the car and the dealership intentionally buy nice low mileage cars and look for a single owner vehicle. The owner even came out to thank us after we bought the car. My son insists that I add they were very kind to him as well

My first time visiting Durham's auto mart. I must say that this was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. I shopped on line first and was very lucky to get Jason chambers on the phone. He was not only very easy to deal with long distance but when I actually drove down and met him, he greeted me at the door with a great smile and after talking to him for just a few minutes, I knew that I was in for a great buying experience. He was so patient with me. I went down looking for a car they had on line and after looking around on the lot for just a few minutes I decided on a great looking used car. He did not pressure me in any way. I have bought several cars over the last couple of years and again, I really felt like Jason had my best interest in mind. They allowed me a good value on my trade as well as a great price on the car I purchased. Jason Chambers took fantastic care of us!! My husband & I saw a car we were interested in at Durham Auto Mart late on a Friday night. We messaged the dealership & planned to drive the 2.5 hours to Durham on Saturday morning. Early Saturday - before the dealership even opened, we got a text from Jason letting us know he would be expecting us & would have the car ready for us to test drive. We arrived just as they opened and true to his word, Jason was ready & waiting. What an awesome guy! He felt like a friend from the first meeting. He had put gas in the car and it was ready to go. It wasn’t the right car for us but I can promise you that the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle, Jason will be the first person we contact. He could not have been more genuine or welcoming. There was zero pressure. It was obvious he wanted what was best for us. Go see Jason - you might buy a car but you’ll definitely leave with a new friend!
