I flew from Pittsburgh PA to buy my 1994 ford mustang. I could not be happier. Chip my sales man was fantastic he insured me that I would not be disappointed in taking the trip. I of course was not disappointed and drove the mustang home that day. Thanks to Chip my sons are very happy with there new ride. Lots of enjoyment already and many more days to come. Two weeks before I started my senior year of college, my car broke down. I spent a whole week searching online and making calls. After several bad experiences with "fresh-on-the-lot" dealers who tried to sell me anything to make a sale, I decided to branch out of my hometown and found Durham's Auto Mart. Seeing the other reviews listed here made gave me high hopes for the 1.5 hour drive. It was definitely worth it, because I found a car that fit all of my needs and it was within my budget! Chip Lewis was truly a lifesaver after going back and forth with my local car dealers. Chip was well-informed about my vehicle and didn't force any decisions on me. He personally made sure everything was functioning properly on the vehicle before I left the lot. I'm grateful for his patience and the care he has for his clients. To anyone else doing a car search, I believe that you can find the perfect car here for a reasonable price.

Found a gem in Durham! I am very meticulous in my search for used vehicles so after an exhaustive year long search I found the dealer, salesperson and vehicle. I went to the dealership and Chip came out and greeted me. He was pleasant, unassuming, and my personal favorite, not pushy. I test drove the vehicle and they allowed me to drive the vehicle to my personal mechanic for an inspection. From the beginning I liked every aspect of the sell but most important, the pricing. I did not have to beg or negotiate so I knew how much it was out the door. Best believe I will be getting another vehicle from them!

I purchased my 2011 Honda Fit on 12/23/23 and the experience that I had working with Jason and Durham's Auto Mart was wonderful. I had never purchased a car from a used car dealership before and was all too familiar with the horror stories associated with used cars and the people who sell them. However, those horror stories do not apply to this dealer. Jason was super helpful and was very patient as I stumbled around the used car buying process (thank you for that). Jason was also willing to negotiate on the price and offer a better out the door price than Autopark Honda in Cary for a similar year Fit. I was able to get a pre purchase inspection done at my preferred Honda specialist which came back with a few minor things that were promptly fixed before the sale was finalized. Since then I have been enjoying the car and have put over 1,000 trouble free miles on it in the few weeks that I have owned it. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone I know because of the quality of the cars, the low pressure sales guys, and the friendly atmosphere. Plus the 55 Chevy Bel Air in the showroom is super awesome.
